# Criando Departamentos

Acesse <https://smart.simplesdesk.com.br/> com um usuário gestor ou supervisor, após no menu lateral esquerdo, clique em departamentos, após é só clicar no ícone com o símbolo de somar (+)

Em seguida digite o número deste departamento (este número poderá ser utilizado em seus menus no chatbot, aquele menu que vai aparecer ao cliente) e o nome deste departamento.\
Departamentos podem ser utilizados para uso externo (nos menus do chatbot) como interno, somente os seus atendentes e supervisores visualizam, em seguida clique em enviar

Em seguida você pode selecionar o horário de atendimento deste departamento, e os motivos que serão cadastrados quando alguém escolher este departamento. Motivos de atendimento é ótimo para obter o motivo que seus clientes/leads te procuram.

Quando concluir todas as configurações neste departamento, para salvar clique no botão com ícone de disquete branco e fundo azul.<br>
